WERFY Luxury Apart-Hotel

Excellent apartment. This apartment was in a great location. It was clean & enough space for our group of 2. We had a small issue on arrival with our digital key but someone was with us within 5 minutes to sort. This was at 1:30am so was fantastic customer service.

Modern condo with all amenities, we stayed the whole week. It's self service, no waiting time at the counter. Someone can come in a few minutes to help when needed. We needed extra linens and help with the TV and they came in 5 minutes. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms for each room. We were able to cook thanks to all kitchen accessories.

Our three-night stay was an excellent experience. The accommodation features a modern design with a neutral color scheme, a fully equipped kitchen, attractive plank flooring, and a contemporary bathroom. Upon arrival, a staff member at the front entrance kindly assisted with check-in and provided physical keys, which was especially helpful as my phone was not working. When we later requested additional sheets and pillows, they were delivered promptly. Whenever I sent questions by text, I received quick and helpful replies. I inquired about the limited paid parking, and they assisted me with the request process and personally delivered the garage door fob. We greatly appreciated the high level of service and attention to detail.

We really didn’t have service except when we checked in..The fellow that greeted us was polite.Showed us to our room and provided us with a door fob. Which we really appreciated. Location was great for us ..walking distance to the Bell Centre and Via Rail.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a nice bonus was the balcony with an amazing city view. It was a bit confusing upon arrival, as the apartment is part of a different hotel, and it felt a bit strange going inside and taking the elevator to the floor where the staff meets you to give you the key to your apartment. However, the staff replied very quickly to messages, so no complaints. I recommend this place.

Great hotel that is conveniently located. It is a short 15-20 minute walk up to downtown Montreal and a easy 15-20 minute stroll to Old Montreal. 107 bus that stops in-front of hotel can easily take you up to centre of downtown if you do not wish to walk, drive or uber. Hotel is located in once industrial area of the city near the Lachine Canal that is now mostly condos. A very safe neighbourhood to walk in day or night. Many wonderful shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants a few short steps from the hotel. Check in was easy and our room was modern, spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and they answered any questions we had in seconds. We highly recommend staying here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. We especially appreciated how helpful they were with local recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We just spent one full month at Werfy Luxury Apart-Hotel and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very comfortable and was clean and well equipped. The staff was very helpful and professional. We will definitely return.
